Mô tả công việc
The client is a confidential family business in Travel/ Leisure Services. They are looking for candidates for the "Personal Assistant to the Family" position which comes with a generous benefit package, high bonuses and opportunity of frequently travel abroad.
Responsibilities:
The detailed information about your job and the family members are strictly confidential.
Support Family's members personal paperwork needs include but not limited to: bank accounts, invoices, insurance claims, housing, pick-up, business trip...
Prepare and ensure the Family's members daily agenda, meetings and events.
Maintain and contact stakeholders in advance to assure the timing of the Family's members agenda.
Validate and audit all required processes.
Collaborate with cross functional teams to assure the Family's members offices functionality.
Other tasks assigned by the Employer.

Yêu cầu công việc
Requirements:
Integrity, fast to adapt, flexible and open minded to learn;
Bachelor's degree in Econ, BA, Hospitality & Tourism, HR-Admin, or relevant fields;
01-03 years of experience as an assistant or personal assistant;
Experienced in validating and reviewing documents, contracts in Vietnamese and English;
IELTS 6.5 (all bands > 6);
Proficient with Microsoft Office, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
Nice to have (These are NOT subject to have, however it is for salary negotiation):
Speaking either Chinese, Japanese, Korean or French is a plus;
Having a B1/B2 driver's license is a plus;
Having a strong connection with legal/tax services is a plus;
Having experience in customer care for VIP, VVIP clients or sales in renowned brands is a plus;
Having a travel history to the EU, NA and North East Asia is a plus

Basic salary and benefits package:
NET Salary: starting from 22.000.000 VND per Month (negotiable based on your qualities);
Bonuses: Year end and holidays bonuses;
Leaves: 12 days of annual leaves;
Public holidays: based on labor laws;
Social, Labor Insurance and Healthcare based on Vietnam's Law;
Salary review: based on performance.
Other perks:
All travel costs are included with allowances (domestic & abroad business trip)

Flexible working places.
Opportunities to meet & greet, working with partners from prestigious brands (confidential).
Working hours:
Office Duty: From 8:00 to 16:00, 06 working days per week.
From 8:00 to 20:00, Your phone always needs to be available and ready for tasks by text/call.
Be available for OT if requested from Family (paid OT).
Day off: one day off each week is flexible, not fixed.
Works equipments:
You will be provided with:
01 laptop & 01 printer
Stationery
Other needed equipment will be provided based on the job's requirement.
Transport commute: self commute.
