1. Executive Coordination & Cross-functional Execution
Receive strategic directions from the Chairman and act as the bridge to assign tasks, follow up, and drive execution across departments and the Board.
Coordinate personal & executive logistics (calendar, travel booking, VIP hospitality, gifting) to deeply understand the Chairman's vision, preferences, and business taste.
Track timelines, consolidate progress, and provide regular updates.
2. Planning & Execution
Translate strategic directions into actionable plans with owners, timelines, and outcomes.
Monitor implementation, identify bottlenecks, and propose solutions.
Prepare meeting materials and follow-up actions.
3. Information Analysis & Strategic Support
Gather and analyze market, internal, and partner data to support decisions.
Prepare reports and review proposals.
4. Business Expansion & New Ventures Support
Lead setup of new subsidiaries: legal formation, governance systems, operating models, and team building.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and partnership evaluation.
Coordinate with strategic partners, experts, and senior candidates.
5. System Building & Special Projects
Participate in organizational development, senior recruitment, and expert network building.
Take on additional high-impact assignments.

1. Career Growth Path (Leadership Succession)
Year 1-2: Master strategy execution + subsidiary setup under direct mentorship of the Chairman.
Year 3+: Promotion to Director / Capital Representative of new business units, with full P&L responsibility and Board participation.
(This track is reserved for top performers who demonstrate ownership and results.)
2. Qualifications
-Education
Bachelor's or higher in Business Administration, Law, Economics, International Relations or related fields.
International education (US, Singapore, Australia, China) is a strong advantage.
- Experience
3-5 years as Executive Assistant / Chief of Staff / Strategic Coordinator to Chairman/CEO.
Experience in companies with revenue of 100-800 billion VND or equivalent units in large groups (Vingroup ecosystem highly preferred).
Proven track record in establishing new subsidiaries, governance setup, and senior recruitment.
3. Language Requirements
Vietnamese: Excellent.
English (fluent) and/or Chinese: Professional working proficiency.
4. Skills & Competencies
Google Workspace, Notion/Lark, Excel/PPT advanced.
Modern, execution-focused, high ownership, discreet.
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with high impact.
