Mô tả công việc
Assists the President with Administrative and Financial Affairs and the other Presidents in overseeing administrative, operational, and financial processes. (not yet)
Helps the University to achieve its mission by performing processes related to the work of the )
Provides administrative support to a department by providing reception services, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel, filing, researching files and records, and preparing and proofreading correspondence, reports, and other documents as requested.
Assists with administrative functions within the University by developing and maintaining various databases used to compile, analyze, and report historical data about student enrollment, degree completion, internal grants, funding awards, fellowships, and other records of functions administered by the University.
Supports the department by providing clerical services in support of a program, process, or service offered by the University.
Provides customer service by answering telephone calls, greeting visitors to the department, providing information about services offered by the department, and/or sending information to those requesting information.
Helps to assure that information is current by updating and maintaining websites and databases
Oversees the file retention and management system for the University.
Coordination with the communications specialists to develop and maintain useful and interesting website and social media content for prospective student audiences.
WORK RESPONSIBILITIES
Supports the administrative business functions of the University by collaborating with all relevant teams.
Helps to organize and conduct departmental events, as directed, and assist with the event as it occurs
Assists students, fellow employees, clients, customers, etc. by scheduling appointments with those providing service within the University.
Contributes to a work environment that encourages knowledge of, respect for, and development of skills to engage with those of other cultures or backgrounds.
Remains competent and current through self-directed professional reading, developing professional contacts with colleagues, attending professional development courses, and attending training and/or courses as required by the Vice Presidents and the President.
Helps to ensure the success of the University by performing all other duties as assigned.

Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree is required; or Master's degree (preferred)
3 years of general office experience or an equivalent combination of education and general office experience is required.
Demonstrate proficiency in English to the minimum of C1 level on the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) scale - i.e., IELTS 7.0-7.5 or above
Teaching and quality control experience is required.
A working knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet applications is required.
A working knowledge of or the ability to learn and use database applications, the web content management system, the administrative business system or enterprise resource planning system, and other systems or applications that may be used within the University or department is required.
The ability to operate and troubleshoot electronic office equipment, computers, and peripherals, maintain moderately complex filing systems and records, and make mathematical calculations is required
Must be able to train, assign work, and review the work of student workers.
The ability to develop knowledge of, respect for, and skills to engage with those of other cultures or backgrounds is required
Know best practices in university student recruitment.
Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with demonstrated ability to present information to individuals and groups in an engaging way.
Exceptional interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to build rapport and collaborate with many stakeholders.
Have strong organizational, time management, and event planning skills.
Familiarize with CRM software and MS Office products.
3 years of general office experience or an equivalent combination of education and general office experience is required.
