Mô tả công việc

Support the director in the management and operation of the company.
Prepare and analyze reports, documents, and policies so that the director can make informed decisions.
Manage the director's schedule, arrange meetings, travel plans, book flights, hotels, and schedule candidate interviews.
Coordinate and interact with other departments within the company to ensure that activities are carried out on schedule and achieve their set objectives.
Process input information and build reports and necessary documents for the director, including drafting emails, presentations, meeting drafts, and other materials.
Manage sensitive information and important documents of the company to ensure the security of information.
Perform special tasks assigned by the director.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor's degree or higher in business, management, or related fields.
At least 2 years of work experience in management or equivalent positions.
Communication skills, time management skills, and creativity.
Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to work independently and work with colleagues to achieve the company's common goals.
High sense of responsibility, able to handle work pressure and able to handle difficult and unexpected situations.
