Business Planning & Sales Support
Advise the Board of Directors on business planning, policy development, and long-term business strategies.
Support the Deputy
Sales Director in financial planning, budget control, revenue growth strategy, and issue resolution.
Monitor departmental targets, identify problem areas or improvement opportunities, and propose cost-saving solutions.
Customer, Market & Project Coordination
Manage customer records, maintain business documents, and provide relevant information for meetings with management and customers.
Search for business opportunities and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners.
Monitor customer needs, fashion industry trends, market movements, and environmental trends related to the dyeing industry.
Coordinate certificate adjustment or supplementation when required, including Oeko-Tex Standard 100, GRS, ZDHC, Bluesign, and other quality certificates.
Documentation, Reporting & Process Compliance
Draft, update, and improve standard templates for contracts, appendices, notices, quotations, offer letters, and promotional programs.
Collect and process customer feedback from websites, social networks, and other channels, then report unresolved issues to senior management.
Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual business reports.
Follow company ISO procedures, maintain internal information confidentiality, and monitor assigned business work by each stage.
