Mô tả công việc
*** Note: 2 months contract to replace staff on maternity leave
The GD's Assistant cum Operation Coordinator is responsible for executing the General Director's orders within the deadlines and guiding the teams to follow strictly the company's regulations in terms of finance procedures, recruitment/ administration procedures, event organization, etc. and also, as an assignment reminder for teams
Key Responsibilities
1. To assist the GD in various tasks:
• To assist the General Director in running the company, monitoring and working with the Departments of the Company
• To advise and propose solutions to handle problems inside and outside the company when they arise
• To assist the General Director in the implementation of the development strategies planned
• To propose execution solutions and support the General Director in internal and external relations
• To schedule, prepare and attend meetings inside and outside the company at the request of the General Director
• To translate Vietnamese/English for the General Director in weekly internal meetings as well as meetings/ workshops with external partners
• To support translating letters and documents into English/Vietnamese at the request of the General Director, at the request of the BOD, and at the request of the Chairman.
2. To coordinate and liaise with Atlantic Groups support departments (HR, Finance, Marketing, and IT departments)
3. To coordinate and liaise with external FSEL Partners:
• To actively seek and work with procurement/ potential partners to submit proposals on quotations, coordination methods, etc., at the request of the General Director (such as FPT, MindX, ...)
• To propose solutions and solve problems arising or remaining with partners after signing the contracts and in the process of implementing works under the direction of the General Director
4. To facilitate internal FSEL operations:
• To assist all FSEL's departments in drafting and storing soft copies such as Proposals/ Contract/ Appendices/ Acceptance documents/ NDA Records/ MOU/ Payment Request/ Recruitment Proposal / Interview evaluations and so on

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Minimum 4 years of experience in the Operation
• Minimum 3-5 years of team management.
• Have strong knowledge of the operation.
*Skills and Personal Attributes:
• Passionate and strong ownership
• Analytical and with strong strategic thinking.
• Good management skills.
• Good analytical & problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to handle various tasks with minimum supervision
Desirable
• Have a degree related to information technology major
• More than 1 year of experience working in technology companies
*** Compensation & Benefits:
• Monthly base salary up to 25 mils VND (gross)
• Annual leave
• Mobile phone allowance
• Working hour: 44h/week; from Mon - Fri
• Social insurance
