Manage the GM's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
Maintain confidential files, records, and documents, exercising discretion at all times.
Assist in the coordination of special events, conferences, and VIP visits, collaborating with relevant departments for seamless execution.
Manage travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation, for the GM and senior executives.
Manage the GM's office supplies and equipment, maintaining a well-organized and functional workspace.
Stay up-to-date on Wyndham brand standards and procedures.
Ensure that the workplace remains clean and tidy.
Perform other tasks as assigned
