We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented candidate to support activities related to import- export, sourcing, logistic and market research. The candidate will work closely with the logistics, warehouse, MKT and e-commerce teams to ensure smooth operations and provide data-driven improvement recommendations
Follow up the shipment from the placed order point to arrive in Viet Nam
Check and prepare documentation for import and export shipments (e.g., invoice, packing list, Bill of Lading, C/O, etc.). Ensure compliance with international trade laws and regulations.
Track and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve any delays or issues, through collaborating with Logistic agency to resolve the matter related to the shipment during customs clearance in Viet Nam
Coordinate with agencies to handle product registration for imported goods
Analysis data and conduct market research on pricing, trends, competitors, and customer demand for new product development
Manage inventory to ensure safety stock for sales
Engage in marketing initiatives and support the operation on e-commerce platforms: Shopee, Tiktok,...
