Mô tả công việc
This is a full-time on-site role for a Spa & Wellbeing Manager at Senna Wellness Retreat.
The Spa & Wellbeing Manager will be responsible for:
A. OPERATION
• Ensure through effective supervision that all services offered at Wellbeing deparment are carried out with utmost professionalism, efficiency and courtesy.
• Oversee, supervise and monitor all facets of daily operations
• Participate and assist in the development of Job Description manuals for each division
• Interview, hire, train, supervise and evaluate all supervisors and associate of respective division.
• Maintain and enhance guest satisfaction through effective relations and inter-personal skills.
• Conduct daily inspection tours of all facilities.
• Ensure facility is clean and well maintained at all times.
• Assist subordinates during peak periods and during shortage of manpower.
• Maintain and promote the atmosphere of tranquility and peace in Spa areas at all times.
B. FINANCIAL
• Participate and assist in the preparation of Annual Department Budget.
• Ensure that expenses are in line, or below, with Department's Operational Budget and that costs are strictly controlled.
• Introduce improvements and adiustments to ensure the facility is cost-effectiv
C. MARKETING
• Attend promotional events as appropriate.
• Entertain regular and potential clients.
•Maximize sales of in-house facility, merchandise, and products through effective promotion.
• Create and present a marketable facility, merchandise display, and program at all times.
• Liaise with hotel and Corporate Sales & Marketing department
D. TRAINING
• Ensure new associates attend hotel's orientation program before commencing work in Spa.
• Ensure that associates are hired according to the requirements and specifications for the appropriate position.
• Regularly update and improve training to reflect on current industry standards, trends and customers expectations.
E. ADMINISTRATION
• Ensure that respective division's monthly and other reports and correspondences are completed punctually and accurately.
• Plan and effectively schedule associate roster to maximize manpower resources.
• Ensure Spa and related general supply items are in sufficient stock, and that their consumption is in line with the business demands.
• Manage stock and make order request when required in timely manner. - Other tasks requested by General Manager.

Yêu cầu công việc
1. Trình độ/ Qualification:
Tốt Nghiệp Nghành Nghề Liên Quan.
2. Kinh nghiệm / Experience:
Có kinh nghiệm từ cấp Phó Bộ phận/Trợ lý.
Ưu tiên ứng viên đã từng làm môi trường resort, khách sạn tiêu chuẩn 5*.
Tốt Nghiệp Nghành Nghề Liên Quan.
2. Kinh nghiệm / Experience:
Có kinh nghiệm từ cấp Phó Bộ phận/Trợ lý.
Ưu tiên ứng viên đã từng làm môi trường resort, khách sạn tiêu chuẩn 5*.
