Mô tả công việc

Prepare tables, welcome customers
Arrange shifts for team members
Check to ensure proper operation
Report work progress to Restaurant Manager
Resolve customer complaints/inquiries
Coordinate with other departments to ensure the highest work efficiency
Support team members to achieve work goals together
Bring "Wow" experience to customers

Yêu cầu

At least 01 years of experience as Service Leader or Bar Leader or equivalent position
Good English communication
High communication skill to get own customer
Leadership, and problem solving skills, results oriented
Have a high responsibility in works
Dynamic, enthusiastic, honest, careful
Working time: 200 hours/ month - 8 hours/ day
(From 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM)
