JOB DESCRIPTION
Manage, train, and develop the
Sales Engineer team
Build B2B business strategies aligned with project-based sales
Allocate customers and markets; monitor and ensure team KPI/revenue targets are achieved
Proactively establish and maintain relationships with contractors, design consultants, investors, and project management units
Identify and engage early in projects: gather information, shape direction, and get the company's products/solutions/brands specified in design documents (spec-in)
Coordinate with the sales team to execute and closely follow key projects
Propose and directly participate in recruitment for the team; responsible for justifying hiring needs and evaluating personnel effectiveness
Develop workflows, control operations, and manage team performance
Report directly to the Board of Directors
