JOB DESCRIPTION
Manage, train, and develop the
Sales Engineer team
Build B2B business strategies aligned with project-based sales
Allocate customers and markets; monitor and ensure team KPI/revenue targets are achieved
Proactively establish and maintain relationships with contractors, design consultants, investors, and project management units
Identify and engage early in projects: gather information, shape direction, and get the company's products/solutions/brands specified in design documents (spec-in)
Coordinate with the sales team to execute and closely follow key projects
Propose and directly participate in recruitment for the team; responsible for justifying hiring needs and evaluating personnel effectiveness
Develop workflows, control operations, and manage team performance
Report directly to the Board of Directors

REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 8-10 years of experience in technical project sales (B2B)
Strong existing network with contractors, design consultants, M&E, fire protection (FPP), water treatment, etc.
Solid understanding of the project lifecycle: design, estimation, and construction
Experience in managing a sales team is a strong advantage
Strategic thinking with the ability to develop and expand markets
Proactive, decisive, and accountable for team results
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Ability to read and understand technical documents (basic English)
Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
PLUS POINTS
Experience in spec-in activities for projects
Previous experience working with technical equipment suppliers, industrial valves, or M&E companies
Strong network with the ability to access and open project opportunities quickly
BENEFITS:
- Income: From 25,000,000 VND/month + Performance Bonus (Unlimited)
Fixed salary based on capability
Bonuses based on team and project performance
Management role - no direct selling required
- Location: Tan Binh District, Ho Chi Minh City
- Working hours:
Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
