We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-oriented
Sales Manager to lead the New Car & CPO Sales teams, drive business performance, and strengthen customer relationships. This position offers an exciting opportunity for candidates who are passionate about sales leadership, team development, and achieving ambitious business targets in a fast-paced automotive retail environment.
B. Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Leadership & Operations
Lead and develop the New Car & CPO Sales teams to achieve sales volume, profitability, and customer satisfaction targets.
Oversee daily showroom operations, including vehicle display, demo management, and customer interactions.
Support
sales staff in handling complex customer cases and fleet contract negotiations.
Ensure compliance with Mercedes-Benz Retail standards, sales processes, and pricing policies.
2. Planning & Performance Management
Develop and implement sales plans and marketing initiatives for Mercedes-Benz products.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and sales performance to identify business opportunities.
Monitor sales turnover, market share, and team KPIs to ensure target achievement.
3. Team Management & Development
Recruit, coach, train, and evaluate sales staff to maximize team performance.
Conduct regular performance reviews and recommend incentive or variable compensation plans.
Ensure all team members complete required MBV training and certification programs.
4. Customer Experience & Quality Management
Enhance customer satisfaction through proactive support and effective issue resolution.
Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate product quality concerns when necessary.
Maintain high standards of showroom presentation and service quality.
5. Training & Communication
Deliver onboarding and continuous training on Mercedes-Benz brand values, products, and soft skills.
Ensure sales materials, brochures, and systems (e.g., Autoline, Salesforce) are updated and properly utilized.
Share market updates and key communications from management with the sales team.
