EDUTO's development direction is to target clients in foreign markets in Asia (Singapore, Japan,...) and in Europe. The expected project sizes are 10,000 USD or more. Therefore, we are looking for a motivated B2B Business Development Manager to drive growth by identifying, engaging, and converting potential business clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development: Develop and refine sales strategies, including market analysis, lead generation, and sales tactics to convert into clients
Client Engagement: Lead the preparation and delivery of persuasions, proposals, and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
Relationship Management: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring continued satisfaction and repeat business.
Performance Tracking: Track and report on sales targets, lead conversion, and pipeline progress.
Performance Enhancement: Analyze Business Development team performance and create sales solutions for improvement and opportunities for growth.
Collaboration & Strategy: Work closely with the Marketing and Product team to align on lead generation and sales strategies.
Stay Updated: Keep update of industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly.

Yêu cầu công việc
Experience: 3-4 years of successful experience in Sales/ Business Development/ Account Manager within the Technology sector.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field.
Mindset: A resilient and entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive to succeed, particularly in a startup environment.
Technical Skills:
Proven success in lead generation, presentation, negotiation and closing deals.
Capability to analyze data and market trends to identify opportunities and create strategic sales plans.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Language Proficiency: Intermediate written and spoken communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
Tools Proficiency: Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field.
Mindset: A resilient and entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive to succeed, particularly in a startup environment.

Salary: Up to 40M (Base 15M + Commission on revenue)
Performance Review 2 times per year; monthly, quarterly and annual bonuses based on work results
