1. Human Resource Management
Develop and implement HR plans and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Oversee the acquisition of the right talent for all roles and positions in the office and station (sourcing, attracting, selection, cultivation and on-boarding).
Directs the development of comprehensive attraction, recruiting and retention plans to meet short term and long term human capital needs in line with Company strategy.
Design, plan and execute employer branding activities; Encourage employees to be brand ambassadors
Consult management team on HR-related issues
Oversees the implementation and compliance of a compensation & benefits system that is effective, competitive and cost effective. Ensure payroll and relevant benefits (including insurances, tax, others) to be implemented accurately and in a timely manner every month as regulation of the Company and relevant Law.
Establish and oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
Defines learning & development plan and oversees delivery of training programs for Departments. Be responsible for training plan and implementation, talent development.
Establishes and implements HR initiatives that effectively communicate our strategic vision and corporate culture to all employees.
Be responsible for employee relations, improve employee working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, attendance management and grievance procedures.
2. Administration Management
Ensure the office management activities nurture a positive working environment
Manage the procurement process, management of equipment, tools instruments, stationery for the company office.
Oversee and manage HR - Admin budget and perform periodic budget analyses.
Create reports/ presentations/proposals and submit them to the Chief Operation Officer upon request.
Others as assigned by the Line manager and BOD.
Degree in Human Resources Management, Law or related field;
At least 5 years of experience as an
HR Manager, TA Manager or similar role in fast-pace FDI companies;
In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices; Having compliance mindset
Knowledge of HR systems and databases;
Master in the regulations and professional skills on social insurance, personal income tax law
Can work under pressure.
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company;
Fluent in English.
