Mô tả công việc
• Manage clinical trial projects and support/monitor field implementation studies to evaluate the safety and efficacy of probiotic products, from planning and monitoring execution to data analysis and reporting.
• Direct and guide the research team in conducting wet-lab experiments according to the technical requirements of each project.
• Collaborate closely with research partners (hospitals, research institutes, universities) and relevant stakeholders to ensure project timelines, quality standards, and compliance with ethical research regulations.
• Contribute to the development, optimization, and application of new methods and techniques in microbiology, genetics, and immunology research within the R&D department.
• Support training on product knowledge and research findings for internal teams as well as professional partners (doctors, pharmacists, healthcare experts).
• Perform other professional tasks as assigned by the CEO and R&D Director.
Yêu cầu
• PhD degree from a reputable overseas university in Medicine, Pharmacy, Biology, Biotechnology, or related fields.
• In-depth knowledge and/or practical experience in clinical research implementation, or strong expertise in wet-lab techniques in Microbiology, Genetics, or Immunology.
• At least 3 international publications in reputable scientific journals (ISI/Scopus) within the last 5 years.
• Proficiency in English (speaking and writing), especially scientific writing for research reports and effective communication in international academic environments.
• Strong systems thinking, organizational, and team leadership skills; effective project management with proactivity and flexibility.
• Ability to work in a multitasking, multicultural, and multidisciplinary environment; capable of building networks with national and international experts in research and clinical trial fields.
