Trưởng Phòng Thiết Kế R&D - Creative R&D Design Manager

Develop and Research new physical products and follow projects from concept through design to prototype implementation/ production.
Manage and build a team of creative R&D designers and engineers. Implement internal hiring plans and hire additional R&D focused designers/contractors to grow the current team and help develop creative R&D capabilities within the design team.
Resource plan and manage all creative R&D projects going through the Vietnam Design team and hit or exceed all timelines.
Interface with internal stakeholders (including design, marketing, retail, wholesale, product, and happiness) to understand their needs, perspectives, and timelines for R&D projects, working closely with our merchandising team for new physical products.
Manage multiple R&D processes and projects- including planning and scoping around various initiatives, present to other stakeholders for insights, and iterates on the process.
Contribute to building a culture of excitement and accountability within the Vietnam Design team.
Willing to work flexible hours to stay aligned with our US team.
Constant improvement of our creative R&D process and how we interface between US and Vietnam design teams.
