Mô tả công việc

Assist the Sous Chef in ensuring that all culinary standards in that section comply with company and hotel policies & procedures & minimum standards.
Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Understands and strictly adhere to Rules and Regulations established in the Associate Handbook and the hotel's policies concerning fire, hygiene, health and safety.
Work closely with other associates in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overall success of the hotel and the satisfaction of hotel guests
Provides exceptional services to guests and internal customers in other department at all time to maintain positive interactions with good working relationships.
Distributes supplies, utensils, and portable equipment.
Cleans work areas, equipment and utensils, segregates and removes garbage
Weighs and measures designated ingredients.
Attends training sessions and meetings as and when required.
Assists in quality control of items and sets up buffet presentations.
Stores foods in designated areas.

Yêu cầu công việc

Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills
Great English skills.
Minimum 2 years work experience as a preferably with experience in a luxury international brands.
Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
