Mô tả công việc

Cost Control Executive&039;s Role is to:
Perform missions in the global network to identify and correct bad practices and optimize group operating margin.
Guarantee the maintenance of Operational Group tariffs database.
Guarantee the accuracy of operational costs debited to the group.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Ad-hoc reports and tasks if required.
• Conduct the Monthly Local Revenues Performance and drive the initiatives with stakeholders to achieve the set target on LR incremental.
• Process improvement on P2P process.
• Conduct Monthly Operating Cost Analysis & Review with stakeholders and drive the initiatives with stakeholders to achieve the target cost reductions and cost efficiency.
• Conduct the Savings Program (cost savings, cost increase, revenues increase) measurement and update actual performance on the dashboard.
• Monitor and drive the Share service center's (SSC) performance on cost control functions and resolve timely the backlog issues.
• Monitor and control Procure to Pay (P2P) end to end process including policy, guidelines, accounting entries, books recording, reporting and filing.
• Follow up on Company KPIs and work on improvement.

Yêu cầu công việc

In able to perform well on this job, you might need:
- Education: Bachelor's degree, major in Finance and Accounting
- Experiences:
At least 5 years of experience in Finance and Accounting in multinational companies. Shipping industry experience a plus.
Experience in Accounting Payable, reporting, accounting management, costing, cost analysis and cost performance.
- Personalities: Positive toward changes, Can-do Attitude, Proactive, Hard-working, Accountability, Accuracy, Able to work independently.
- Language: Good Business English
- Computer: Proficient in excel data, presentation and reporting.
- Good Communication Skill: Efficient communication with other departments
