General Description
The role is the Central point of contact for all supplier customs topics related to Warehousing at the Bonded facility Vinh Phuc. This role will coordinate all supplier onboarding customs process issues. Additionally, this role will manage customer engagement/ process development in relation to any Government custom regulation changes.
Specific Accountabilities
Monitor, evaluate KPI of Operation teams and keep direct manager well-informed about any failure
Co-ordinate with CS manager/WH admin manager to issue, update & monitor SOP's between Schenker, Customer and Customs
Work with and support the CS team to achieve customer's expected service level
Ensure flawless operation activity related to Supplier customs activities
Communicate and settle with customer on warehouse issues and initiatives
Be capable of using and interpreting data of both DBS WMS and customer's system
Be able to train other colleagues on the SOP of Customs Vinh Phuc
Resolve customer customs issues on-time with proper root cause analysis and corrective action plan.
Ensure all customs activities are captured and processed within DBS is executed in a compliant manner
Provide and analyze operations data correctly to provide useful information for management for critical decision
Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face in a timely, professional manner
