Employee Management
Assign work and tasks to junior staff
Support employees to do their job well, remind when necessary
Monitor and evaluate the work performance of employees
Training and guiding employees
Administration of work
Resolve daily related incidents.
Coordinate with other departments to perform the work. Receive requests from other departments and provide/update necessary data.

Yêu cầu công việc

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software.
Good at time managing, speed, teamwork, and multitasking. Ability to manage multiple projects across functions. Willing to learn, thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a can-do attitude.
A minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in a Sales Operations/Operations Management position
Strong analytical skills with consideration to company objectives. Proven track record of apply analytical techniques to solve supply chain problems
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of management practices and techniques.
Bachelor's degree in business administration or relevant field.
Good written English and verbal communication skills.
Have work experience in Ecommerce platform is preferred.
