Responsibility
- Manage HR department and HR in another country and create a strong organization.
Attention!
This position is Global HR Manager(Therefore require to manage and process recrutiment in another country as well)
They have office in below countries:
- Vietnam, France, Thailand, SG, Indonesia, Malaysia, China etc...(Total 14Country and mainly in Asia)
Required below skill not only HR, C&B, also require logical skill, can create Cooperate with CEO etc...
They will provide a private office for this position (Depends on the performance they can promote HR Director in the future)
Job Detail
- Create internal training system(Create plan by cdd and outsource)
- Support for HR staff
- Manage recruitment costs and consider the recruitment process(Posting, Headhunt etc...)
- Process recruitment (Join interview, Discuss with CEO)
- Create and improve the internal operation
- Create an annual recruitment plan(Based on Cooperate plan)
- Improve bonus system
- Manage HR staff(4 in HCMC, and at least 1HR in Each country)
