Manage, guide, and train the international sales team to improve their competencies and performances.
Support team members in addressing issues with clients to maintain quality services.
Monitor and evaluate team performance, provide timely the necessary adjustments.
Be responsible for managing, caring, and handling requests from international clients.
Maintain a long-term relationship with current customers and build customer trust and satisfaction.
Actively seek out new international clients and develop potential sales channels.
Collaborate to resolve issues resulting during production and delivery processes.
Support international
sales staff in handling special requests or challenging situations with clients.
Manage and monitor international client debit note, ensuring timely collect debts
Diploma, Associate's Degree, or Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Business Administration or related fields).
Proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing); basic Chinese is an advantage.
At least 2 year of experience in a similar position.
Strong skills in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
