Mô tả công việc
JOB PURPOSE:
- Your main responsibilities will perform HR and administrative tasks as well as to develop, maintain and manage various HR documents & processes.
- Your role will open the opportunity to work in a fast-pace and professional-friendly environment and enhance your ownership & leadership.
HUMAN RESOURCE TASKS:
- Control other personal matters like controlling labor contract, employee&039;s information, monthly report, ... etc.
- Prepare man power strategy.
- Handle all matters related to the Social, Medical Health and Unemployment Insurance policies
- Handle tasks related performance management monthly & every six months (OKR) and 360 evaluation management as HQ timeline.
- Handle foreign personnel matter such as work-permit, visa, temporary residence card.
- Up-date information related to labor law, Health and Social Insurance, PIT for every section.
- Maintain employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends; recommending benefit programs as well
- Be responsible for to save all document related to Human Resource & Admin fields
- Acting as a contact person, advisor and mentor to executives, employees and managers
- Promote the company's reputation as a great place to work.
- Handle recruitment process (post advertisement for recruitment, contact to candidates, arrange the interview schedule, sort suitable candidate, prepare test, attend the interview).
- Monitor employee&039;s day-leave, daily attendance, compensation days.
- Ensure, supervise, orient the employee obey the company's Regulation as well as enjoy company's benefit.
- Prepare monthly payroll for all employees.
- Develop employees engagement program to engage and retain talent.
- Propose ideas and organize internal staff activities/events such as monthly birthday lunch, internal company events, year-end party, teambuilding, free snack or sending birthday card, welcome onboard, orientation day, welcome back after maternity leave ... etc. in order to promote a good working environment and solid teamwork.
Other tasks as require or request from managers or HQ HR team
ADMIN TASKS
- Procurement: work with accounting team to maintain adequate vendors of office supplies, equipment, and refreshments and facilitate requisitions and deliveries.
- Premises: liaise with the building management for office operation and renew leasing contract
- Providing general administrative support to the office as needed: yearly health check for employees, stationery, mid autumn gift for employees ,...ect

- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Vietnamese and English)
- Eager to learn new things to find solutions
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
