SENIOR INFRASTRUCTURE ENGINEER
Responsibilities
Handle system admin for servers, firewall, networks, SAN storage, Data center collocation
Perform monitoring, tuning, backup services, Hyper-V VM, SQL DB, S/W license, patching, security
Co-operate with other IT teams (Network, Support, Development, Security) in deploying, maintaining, securing
and improving IT systems across environments (Development, Testing, Production).
Interact with customers (internal/external) and stakeholders, and provide recommendations and inputs when
needed.
Design, configure and deploy various IT systems and services (O365, Azure, Hyper-V, GitLab, Jira, SCCM,
etc.).
Monitor performance and ensure core ERP and other systems availability and reliability.
Provide Level-1/2/3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues.
Suggest improvements to system performance, capacity, and scalability.
Work with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.
Maintain complete technical documentation
Other works assigned by the Head of IT Infrastructure.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science & IT
Good at English
Certified in Microsoft 365 and MCSE, Azure, AWS, and CCNA is preferred
At least five (05) years of experience in IT system admin operations
Three-year experience working on large-scale system
Hands-on experience with HyperV, Cloud Azure, AWS, or VMWare
Hands-on experience with LAN, WAN, WLAN
Hands-on experience with Open-Source OS, Powershell, SCCM (prefer)
Hands-on experience with ITIL Processes (Incident/Problem/Configuration/Release/Change/Service Level/Capacity Management) & ITIL Systems (Jira/ServiceDesk)
Proven working experience as System admin or relevant experience (a previous experience in IT Retails/Banking is a plus)
Proven ability to collaborate with the Development team, Operation team, and other critical business partners to ensure operational readiness of new solutions and ongoing optimization/improvement of existing solutions and deliver the best IT services for all users of our Corporation.
Able to handle multiple tasks, delegate to the team, and make sure deadlines are met.
SENIOR CLOUD ENGINEER
Job Description
The Senior Cloud Engineer in the IT infrastructure and Cloud team will develop, implement, optimize, and maintain cloud-based solutions. They will be responsible for deploying and debugging cloud stacks and ensuring the reliability and security of the cloud infrastructure.
The incumbent should be able to identify the most optimal cloud-based solutions for our digital platforms and maintain cloud infrastructures by best practices and company security policies. They understand the nuances of cloud solutions (hybrid, public, private, multi-cloud, on-prem) and the implications for solution design.
The Senior Cloud Engineer will apply excellent troubleshooting skills, stay current with industry trends, and must be a team player.
In addition, the Senior Cloud Engineer also plays a role in operating current on-premises infrastructure, including the co-location data center, offices, distribution centers, and relevant services.
Main Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy modular cloud-based systems.
Develop and maintain On-prem & cloud infrastructure by policies and best practices.
Collaborate with software teams to evaluate and identify optimal cloud solutions.
Modify and improve existing systems, and plan and execute the migration strategy.
Educate teams on the implementation of new cloud technologies and initiatives.
Be part of the operations support, monitoring, maintenance, incident management, problem management, and capacity management for the company's IT infrastructure.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science & IT
Business-level communication in English
Certified in Microsoft 365 and MCSE, Azure, AWS, and CCNA is preferred
At least three years of experience in the field of cloud computing.
Demonstrated experience in infrastructure design, administration, and support in an enterprise environment.
Experience in a retail business and a good understanding of E-Commerce Systems are the plus
Experience in IT Infrastructure for Microsoft AX or SAP cloud and a good understanding of ERP Systems are the plus
Hands-on experience with Azure, AWS, Hyper-V, Azure Active Directory, Microsoft Active Directory, Cloudflare, Microsoft 365, New Relic, Ansible, Kubernetes, Jenkins, GIT...
Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, site reliability engineer, ITIL Processes (Incident/Problem/Configuration/Release/ Change/Service Level/Capacity Management) & ITSM Systems (Jira ITSM)
Experience in the design and implementation of distributed applications
Practical experience with cloud methodologies, automation, orchestration
Ability to architecting and implement cloud-based solutions with robust BCP and DR requirements
Able to handle multiple tasks and deliver results on time.
Troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
