Mô tả công việc
We are looking for Partnership Talent Acquisition, Specialist who provides office solutions which support innovative, eco-friendly yet safe working environment, promote healthy living habits
* Roles & Responsibilities
- The role must ensure that all process and requirement in talent recruitment is delivered to achieve the
monthly, quarterly and yearly recruitment targets, in particular;
- Work with Manager and Sales force to understand recruitment needs, priorities to develop a suitable
recruitment plan to get quality candidates.
- Be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment cycle: from sourcing and screening; interviewing, following
candidates learning, issue code process and on-boarding in an efficient and professional.
- Consistently and proactively communicate throughout the recruitment process to ensure all participants in
the hiring process are updated and well informed.
- Continuously review current process, identify gaps and propose recommendations to streamlines
workflows.
- Provide ideas and participate in Recruitment Projects/Improve recruitment process for long-term strategy
and annual plan.
- Use Data, digital and technology to make work simpler and faster
- Work with recruitment vendors to source and hire quality candidates
- Ensuring that the Recruitment process is well observed and managed
- Lead agile based projects to increase quality hiring in all regions

Yêu cầu công việc
- At least 01 - 02 years of experience in the same position. Priority for candidates with experience in
- Education: University Degree from reputable University locally or overseas.

- Independent with minimum supervision, integrity, can-do attitude and a results focus
- Strong in communication skills and leadership skills
- Good interpersonal skill and project management skill
- Specialize or experience in Human resource management, Performance management, Support Diversity
- Passionate, forward thinking, strong analytical and problem-solving skill
- Good at computer skills, profound knowledge of Microsoft office
- Fluent communication in both English and Vietnamese
