3. Basic Purpose of Position/ Mục tiêu cơ bản của vị trí
- Work closely with Sales Execution to develop new applications, recipes, kitchen efficiency solutions that assist our customers to profitably grow their businesses and increase their demand for Bakery ingredients of GLOFOOD
- Provide functional benefit and application training to the sales team to lift our selling game through superior technical knowledge of our products.
- Present recipe/ products to customers, with a focus on GLOFOOD product advantages.
- Monitoring Foodservice bakery application trends in other relevant countries that can be modified and adapted for Vietnam market
4. Quality Required/ Yêu cầu năng lực
4.1 Knowledge / Kiến thức
Mức độ kiến thức cần có để thực hiện công việc (VD: hiểu biết về hệ thống định sẵn, cách thức, phương pháp hoặc quy trình)
- Specific knowledge in pastry products (cakes, bread, sweet breads, cookies, mousses) : ingredients, recipe, process of guidance
- Understanding of the bakery kitchen practice
4.2 Professional and technical Skills/ Kỹ năng chuyên môn
- Must have the technical skill to be able to practically demonstrate to customers and sales team the benefits of GLOFOOD products in key applications for Bakery chain and Horeca in professional manner
- Proven creative ability - able to design cutting edge of 5 Star Hotel level desserts and pastry for buffet and display cabinets.
4.3 General Skills / Attributes/ Kỹ năng mềm
- Good communication skills and ability to coach and develop sale team
- Computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel & Power Point applications.
- English relative fluently in communication and writing
4.4 Qualifications/ Trình độ
- College Diploma above, Food Technology falcuty is an advance
- Pastry certificate in reputable vocational training centers
4.5 Experience/ Kinh nghiệm
- At least 3 years experience as the Pastry Chef level in Bakery chains / 5 star hotels / or similar position in Foodservice market
