New employees go through a probation period of two(2) months. (pay 85% of salary for two months)
[Job Description]
Three PM's overall service management. (Mobile, CMS, HQ CMS)
In-house performs tasks such as necessary functions, additional development functions, errors, corrections, etc.
Manage inputs, schedule (day, time) required for development
Analyze the owner's requirements.
Three PM's communicate to stabilize service
Requirements
PM experience for more than 1 year
Total over 2 years of IT work experience
Experienced with management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Notion, etc
a person with a strong understanding of the development environment
Communication skills and experienced users of various services
Excellent communication & presentation skills with the ability to transmit across different level stakeholders are imperative
Understanding of systems/programs/software applied in the CMS
Demonstrated ability to deliver results and adapt to changing business requirements; ability to plan, organize and manage multiple priorities.
Provide tracking of all on-going activities to ensure flawless in operation, evaluation for learning and improvement.

Experienced IT service person in Korea
Anyone who has experience making services outside of Vietnam
a person who can speak Korean
[Benefits]
Salary : up to 15,000,000vnd - 25,000,000vnd / month (negotiable)
