Key Responsibilities
Account Receivable
- Timely and accurately perform AR activities in coordination with shared service center (SSC) to ensure compliance with OTC processes
- Assisting in the periodic physical count
- Daily follow - up invoice/ minutes adjustment tracking
- Prepare analytical and ratio analysis in relation to A/R management
Account Payable
- Plays a key role in communicating with internal & external stakeholders relate to payment process
- Verify vendor and T&E payment proposal prior to processed by SSC, ensure statutory and internal control compliance
- Strengthen and grow relationships with vendors and suppliers through timely payment
Other
- Maintain the accuracy of AP/AR, intercompany balance
- Prepare daily reconciliation including Bank, Position, 3rd party, warehouse stock
- Responsible for ad-hoc activities to support business growth as required
