* Responsibilities:
- Prepares and follow up any employment contract.
- Follow up probation time reminder to line managers and consolidate reports.
- Do all tasks related to registration, claim process, deduction of SI, HI, UI and HI card insurance.
- In charge of monthly payroll from data collection (timesheet, OT, etc), consolidate and generate the report.
- Register PIT code and dependants for new hires, monthly PIT report together with Finance Department.
- Act as Business Partner for line managers related to people processes.
- Collect and manage employee's profiles for updating to the Master list and HRIS.
- Together with HR Manager create policies to enhance the people processes.
