We are looking for a Senior Strategic Planner/IMC Planner/ Senior Digital Strategist Planner at a senior level. The candidate will be expected to be a member of Strategic Planning Team in a professional leading advertising agency which functions are planning and directing communication campaign for Clients.
Following is a detailed job description of what we are looking for:
Strategy leading:
Get the right and dig down consumer insights
Get and clarify the brief from client and understand it deeply
Study, analyze all related and necessary data
Create direction and strategy
Give the exact proposition & creative directions to creative team
Work together with Account and Creative to win the projects
Research management:
Conduct, manage any necessary research (desk research, internal research ...)
Cooperate with research agency
Desk research (collect data and analyze)
Presentation creation:
Internal projects and paperwork of Strategic Planning team
Create the deck logically (and beautifully)
Support Strategic Planning Team in some other task
Make presentation deck and present to client
Management:
Coach the staffs of Team
Manage the workload in Team

Yêu cầu

Yêu cầu công việc
Minimum of 3 years working experience in a multinational advertising agency;
Solid knowledge & thorough understanding of Advertising Industry.
Able to handle pressure;
Logical thinking with analytical skill, creative mind-set;
Well cooperating with other departments, ability to work independently as well as be a team player (especially work with other departments like Account and Creative)
Ability to look at both the big picture and details
Good understanding about consumer's insight;
Have experience in working in client service department (Preferable)
Presentation ability in English as well as Vietnamese
Good at management skills to coach the team
Experiences in working with research agencies;
Having background in research is an advantage
