Mô tả công việc

We are looking for passionate Site Reliability Engineers. If you want to work and learn from one of the best and brightest technology teams in Vietnam, be part of a regionally winning team with exponential growth, and experience recruiting world-class talents, come join us.
Operation tasks:
Take part in upgrading software versions (planned deployments)
Take part in debugging, and troubleshooting to find out the root cause
Responsible for the first layer support for Cloud, on-premise products
Closely monitor the systems to detect problems early and follow tightly the customers' issue handling procedure
Responsible for handling common issues
Development tasks:
Build CI/CD flows
Accompany team to build solutions to resolve product pain points (improving performance, fixing bugs, patching CVE, improving existing stacks related to monitoring, logging, orchestration,...)
Build & maintain dev/test environments in multiple clouds from crash.
Take part in system design, testing and evaluating the new technologies

Yêu cầu công việc

Understanding network topologies and common network protocols and services
Logical, clear and concise written and verbal communication skills in English
Familiar with one of the scripting languages like Bash, Powershell, Python
Desire to work in an information systems environment, eager to learn and improve your skills
Strong ability to take ownership of assigned tasks and responsibilities
Ability to creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
Knowledge of basic statistical mathematics to understand and build Monitoring and Alerting
Bachelor in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant fields.
Good knowledge of Linux/ Windows OS
Interpersonal communication skills and the ability to communicate with customers, vendors and partners, and across all levels of the organization
Bonus points:
Experience with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes or similar)
Experience with Cloud technologies (e.g. Azure, AWS, Google)
Experience with version control systems (e.g. Gitr), CI/CD tools (e.g. Jenkins or similar) and other automation/configuration tools (e.g. Ansible, Terraform or similar)
