As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our systems. You will work closely with development teams to design, build, and maintain infrastructure and tools to support our applications in production. You will also be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving incidents to minimize downtime and optimize system performance.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Adhere to key metrics and SLAs for support and operations and determine the severity of issues
Participate in on-call rotations to respond to incidents and ensure service uptime
Continuously improve processes and practices to enhance reliability and efficiency
Develop and maintain tools for deployment, monitoring, and automation of operational tasks
Join SOC (support operation center)/SRE team and work independently in your shift to triage issues, and escalate where appropriate
Manage communication among the markets, stakeholders, and the engineering team when incident happens
Design and implement monitoring and alerting solutions to identify and respond to issues proactively
Work directly with many markets over the world

Yêu cầu công việc
B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Fluent in written and spoken English
3+ years of experience in software development, systems administration, or a related role
Experience with cloud computing platforms, such as AWS, Azure, etc.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Proficiency in one or more programming languages, such as Python, Go, or Java
Willingness to work unsociable hours, for example nighttime (4-6-8h: 10PM-4AM, 4AM-9AM, 9AM-4PM, 4PM-10PM). Your working hours is still 40 per week
