Our goal is to hire a strong and adaptive Talent Acquisition Officer who will help us in recruiting talents, promote Employer Branding and build a learning working culture.
Established in Tokyo from 2005, from several hundred images and 50 contributors, PIXTA has grown to be the owner of the biggest Ecommerce platform for selling & buying licensed image, video, illustrator... in Japan.
YOUR SCOPE OF WORK:
Recruitment &EB planning (60%):
• Build talent pools for future recruitment and mating lasting relationships with potential candidates to ensure hiring quantity and quality
• Fully utilize various channels (LinkedIn, Headhunting services, recruiting platforms...) to attract, engage candidates and convert them into applicant
• Create and implement end-to-end candidate hiring processes to fill up both tech and non-tech vacancies (Web Developers, AI Engineers, Scrum Master....)
• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, determine selection criteria for candidates.
• Promote Pixta's Employer branding through offering good candidate experience, attending career fairs and increasing brand identity in social platform
• Joining into overall hiring strategy of the organization to ensure a diverse set of qualified resources
Learning & Development (40%):
• Conduct essential surveys and make plan for L&D activities based on the business goals and employee's needs
• Coordinate with teams to implement activities in the effort to build an active learning environment and increase employee working efficiency
• Follow up to measure the effectiveness of L&D programs
Yêu cầu
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
The best fit candidate will have:
• +1 years of experience in recruitment field (prefer hi-tech industry) from sourcing to onboarding with strong interviewing and candidate evaluating capabilities
• Be good at communication, networking, negotiation skills
• Have good English proficiency, especially writing and speaking to draft plans, conduct interviews and monthly report to CEO
• Be self-motivated and self-learning
• Minimum Bachelor Degree
• Experience in organizing L&D activities is advantageous
• Possess both recruitment and marketing mindset to drive talent acquisition activities toward fast changing technology industry
Salary and Allowance
