• Conceptualize, visualize, and deliver UI designs and visual assets for our digital products. Deliverables include user-flow, wireframe, hi-fi prototype, etc.
• Proactively communicate with the Product Management team to understand business requirements.
• Work closely with the Product Manager and Development Teams in the product research & development process. Contribute innovative solutions to improve the product.
• Turn Customers' Insights into Features.
• Conduct research and optimize existing user interface design while testing for intuitive and experience.
• Be an active team player in design-related discussions.

• At least one year as a Product Designer, UX research experience is preferred
• Conceptual, Analytical and Systematical Thinking are all required.
• Customers/ Users Understanding.
• Good at building Flow, Behavioral and Structural documentation such as Wireflow, Customer Journey Map, Feature Brief, Use Case Diagram, etc.
• Ability to play with Visual Design.
• Good at time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Good English skills (speaking and writing)
