Mô tả công việc

Adobe CC Suite of design tools, InVision, Figma App
Understanding user data and drawing useful insights and strategies
Designing product pages, upgrading existing UI to align to new guidelines, and creating new features
Design (define the right interaction model, find creative solutions to solve UX problems...)
Lean, Agile or Iterative software dev environments
Leading the research, conceptualization, design, and responsive products for Mobile, Tablet, and Website
You understand the importance of both interaction and visual design finesse
Advocate for accessibility, quality, and usability for end-users
Document usage guidelines and specs for standards, components, and patterns.
Partner with research and product designers to continual iterate and improve the design system
Create product standards, components and patterns in collaboration with the product design team and business leaders
Partner with engineers as they build and ship components
Collaborate with designers, engineers, PM, marketing and other teams in the company to evangelize the design system

Yêu cầu

1-3+ years of experience designing products across web, iOS, and Android
A Degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
Excellent Skilled in Figma and prototyping tools
Experience working across web, mobile and tablet application interfaces. Hardware experience is a plus.
Ability to communicate design rationale with the internal team and stakeholders
Meticulous organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently in an extremely fast-paced environment.
Experienced with Agile, Scrum and PMBOK best practices a plus
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ideal candidates will possess experience with:
Ability to foster collaborative relationships with other team and external stakeholders.
Ability to think "outside of the box" while communicating or dealing with a variety of situations.
Possess clear understanding of the activities, roles, and responsibilities on large scale IT projects.
Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence
