By partnering with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, quality control & related business stakeholders, you will turn your insights into effective product design solutions.
More responsibilities in details:
- Diving deep to understand the value within the products, understanding the challenges our customers face and solving the issues in smart ways.
- Advising departments about design and user considerations in their products.
- Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.
- Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, user flows and diagrams.
- Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like.
- Interface with the Development Team to communicate the way a product should act.
- Understanding the value of product guidelines, design system - using, creating, and evolving them.
- Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables).
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness).
- Get feedback from team members and organize pre-release testing.
- Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images.
- Review development build versions to ensure they align with the Product Goals and Style

Yêu cầu

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. College/ Bachelor's degree in Mobile Design/Web Design, Fine Art or Multimedia Design is a plus.
- Have 2+ years experience in Mobile app (Android, iOS) & responsive website design.
- Passionate in UI/UX innovation.
- Portfolio or design projects that reflects a similar level of qualification.
- Up-to-date knowledge of design softwares like Figma, Figjam, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Protopie, etc,...
- Solid conceptual, visualization and communication skills.
- Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Good time-management skills.
- Good multitask skills, open-minded, willing to learn.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS/Javascript is a plus.
- Knowledge of branding & graphic is a plus.
- Experience in campaign materials design is a plus.
