Mô tả công việc
Overview of Position:
The Chief Accountant is responsible for upholding an area of complete confidentiality and professionalism.
This position is responsible for the daily accounting processes, internal accounting controls, monthly and annual Financial reporting, controlling reporting and external audits.
Key Functions:
Team Management:
- Manage the account team and cashier team with staffs in charged of financial reporting, cash flow, periodic tax reports, billing collections, payroll...
Statement System Management and report
- Review business reports, daily income report included system of detailed income statements of patrons, game machines and other relevant reports,
- Ensure financial reports comply with generally accepted accounting principles
- Review periodic tax reports (CIT, VAT, WHT, PIT...), the foreign currency report/Money laundering prevention report, the quarterly reports of game operation ... and have these reports summited to Relevant government department included Tax department, State bank, Ministry of finance...
- Cashflow forecast monthly
- Monthly cash report/ weekly cash report
- Proceed payment daily/weekly/monthly
- Release the FA metric report
- Payable report of monthly: breakdown the payable which company need to pay the supplier, deadline to pay them.
Building Regulations, Internal Policy & Procedures
- Build finance procedures/forms, keep updating internal procedure following to current Law and have finance team updated frequently
- Issue internal controls to ensure Finance department and relevant departments obtain good combination in management of assets (specially Cash in Cage), make transparent environment for BOD management
Preparing for periodic inspection
- Responsible for coordinating periodical external audits
- Participate in the preparation and explanation for periodical tax inspection, specially inspection from Ministry of finance/Government Audit.
- Work and keep good communication with Officers to obtain the understanding of regulations in game industry
Management of expenses/Assets/fund
- Review purchase orders/agreement/payment request from relevant departments to ensure goods & service & assets purchasing following to internal procedure, minimize installation cost, payment on timeline and balance budget.
- Support HR department to check salary statement, insurance and PIT statement
- Organize periodic inventory of goods/machines/spare parts in store and daily cash counting in cashier cage.
Other tasks assigned by GM or for business operation demand
- Prepare bank documents related to opening/closing accounts/credit card/POS machine, communicate with Bank to handle relevant issues/problem
- Periodically, prepare/submit documents to register promotion to Department of industrial trade, work with officer to obtain approval.
- Manage company insurance contract

Knowledge of Accounting and internal control processes and procedures;
Knowledge of full financial reporting - Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash flow etc...;
Good numeracy skills;
Ability to deal effectively with the public;
Ability to read and comprehend written instructions, procedures and memos;
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure;
Must be able to tolerate areas containing second hand smoke, dust, loud noises and bright lights.
• Qualification and experience required
University Degree or equivalent and above (Accounting/Finance)
At least 05 years as same position experience preferred.
