a. Labor relations:
• Establish procedures to handle welfare benefits for employees paid by the Company in accordance with the Company's regulations (weddings, funerals, birthdays, seniority...);
• Update and monitor salary increases and decreases for employees as requested by the Board of Directors;
• Complete the regimes and procedures for employees to leave their jobs according to regulations;
• Complete procedures for salary increase, decrease, rotation, appointment... with personnel;
b. Calculate salaries, bonuses and benefits for all employees in accordance with the company's salary and bonus regulations:
• Track annual leave, track attendance, summarize overtime, bonuses (if any);
• Perform salary calculation for employees;
c. Monitor social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance:
• New registration, reporting increases, decreases, sickness, maternity, monitoring and comparing social insurance payment data, book closing procedures, instructions on unemployment insurance benefits for employees on leave;
• Establish procedures to handle benefits for employees paid by the Insurance Agency (maternity leave, sickness benefits, etc.) in accordance with state regulations;
• Request payment to insurance agency, etc.;
d. Conduct periodic employee evaluations:
• Control the monthly assessment of capacity and KPIs results of Departments;
• Analyze the results of capacity assessment and work performance assessment (KPIs) of employees annually, serving as a basis for advising the Board of Directors on salary increase plans, year-end bonuses, training and development and use the entire Company's personnel effectively every year;
e. Control and promulgate mechanisms:
• Work with the heads of receiving ministries to promulgate mechanisms for individuals and departments when required;
• Compare and contrast the mechanisms of positions within the company to ensure consistency;
f. Other tasks as required by management according to job assignment.
