Job Overview
As an HR Business Partner (HRBP) specializing in talent acquisition, you will play a crucial role in aligning our people strategy with our business objectives. You'll collaborate with line managers, drive values, and contribute to business results. Your primary responsibility will be to attract and retain top-tier talent for our manufacturing operations in Can Giuoc, Long An province.
Key Responsibilities
1/ Talent Acquisition
Develop long-term recruiting strategies.
Source candidates through various channels (online platforms, job boards, social networks).
Host or participate in recruitment events and job fairs.
Nurture relationships with potential hires.
Job Advertising: Determine optimal job advertising mix (job boards, careers pages, etc.).
2/ Stakeholder Management:
Work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and ensure a smooth hiring process.
3/ Onboarding Managenent:
Build onboarding plan and conduct new hire orientation, organize functional induction
4/ Employer Branding:
Promote CJ Foods as an employer of choice to attract top talent.
5/ Compliance:
Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.
Yêu cầu
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in a similar role, within the manufacturing industry or have experience in recruiting QC, R&D, Food Safety positions is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and practices.
Proficiency in HRIS and recruitment software.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
