1.Recruitment (All positions)
Manage end-to-end recruitment for all positions, including factory workers and office staff.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower plans and urgent hiring needs.
Develop sourcing strategies using agencies, job portals, referrals, and local hiring channels.
Screen candidates, arrange interviews, and coordinate hiring decisions.
Prepare offer letters and support onboarding processes.
Ensure timely fulfillment of recruitment targets to support business operations.
2. HRIS (Workday) Administration
Maintain and update employee data accurately in Workday.
Ensure proper approval workflows for employee data changes.
Support HR data reporting (headcount, turnover, etc.) when required.
Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal control requirements.
Support system audits and data validation processes.
3. HR & Office Administration (HCM, HAS, HAN)
Manage HR administrative activities and office operations across all locations (HCM, HAS, HAN). -
Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
Oversee office facilities and administrative services, including:
• Utilities (electricity, water, office supplies)
• Office maintenance and service vendors
• Workplace environment and general services
Coordinate meeting arrangements, internal events, and visitor reception.
Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and administrative support for all sites.
4. Visa, Work Permit & Expatriate Support
Handle visa, work permit, and residence card applications for expatriates.
Coordinate with external agencies and government authorities.
Track visa/work permit expiry and ensure timely renewal.
Support expatriates with onboarding and administrative requirements during their assignment.
5. Transportation & Logistics Coordination
Arrange company cars, drivers, and transportation schedules for employees, expatriates, and
visitors.
- Coordinate airport pick-up/drop-off for guests and expatriates. - Ensure efficient and cost-effective transportation arrangements.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields 3-5 years' experience in HR operations (recruitment, HR admin, HRIS)
Strong experience in recruitment (blue-collar & white-collar)
Experience working with HRIS systems (preferably Workday)
Experience handling visa and work permit procedures
Good knowledge of Vietnamese labor regulations
Strong coordination, communication, and multitasking skills
