Job Overview
We are looking for a Project Manager with experience in managing cutting-edge technology projects, particularly in AI, Blockchain, and emerging technologies. This role requires strong project planning, coordination, and progress tracking while also assisting in scheduling and administrative support for project meetings.
Key Responsibilities Project Management
- Plan, execute, and monitor technology projects to ensure successful delivery.
- Coordinate between technical teams, business units, partners, and clients to ensure smooth execution.
- Manage and allocate resources and budgets efficiently to optimize project outcomes.
- Identify potential risks and challenges, and propose solutions to mitigate them.
- Ensure projects comply with company processes, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
Scheduling & Administrative Support
- Assist the Project Director and CIO in scheduling meetings, tracking progress, and managing project timelines.
- Prepare, maintain, and distribute meeting minutes and follow-up tasks.
- Organize project documents, reports, and updates for leadership review.

Yêu cầu

RequirementsExperience & Knowledge
- At least 3 years of experience managing technology projects, preferably in AI, Blockchain, or other advanced tech fields.
- Familiar with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall project management methodologies and tools like JIRA, Trello, Asana.
- Good understanding of software development lifecycles and product management processes.
Essential Skills
- Fluent in English and Chinese (both written & spoken).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with international stakeholders.
- Logical thinking and problem-solving abilities to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Capable of working independently and handling high-stress situations.
