Mô tả công việc
*Scope of work: Supervise M&E related activities at the construction site
* Working location: VSIP 3 Industrial Park, Tan Uyen, Binh Duong
* Job description:
Supervise the installation of M&E systems, ensure performance and safety standards are met.
Ensure M&E systems are always in the best operating conditions.
Supervise subcontractors performing work at the construction site.
Ensure M&E work meets technical standards, budget and schedule.
Prepare reports to send to superiors on construction progress, report incidents that slow progress and propose remedial measures.
Technical advisor for M&E problems.
Supervise the operation process of M&E systems in projects.
Project based expected to be 6 to 9 months completion.
Discuss specifically and in detail during the interview.

University degree majoring in Electrical - Electronics, mechanical engineering or another related field.
Have experience working in the construction field, M&E design and construction.
Proficient in using computers and M&E design software such as AutoCad, Revit Mep...
Basic knowledge of fire prevention, ventilation, water supply and drainage,...
Communication and presentation skills to explain and express ideas to investors, superiors, colleagues, ... and train and guide construction workers.
Analytical and problem solving skills.
Agile and able to withstand high pressure at work.
Carefully. Hard-working and eager to learn..
Flexible to support project after working hours or public holidays (if needed).
