Mô tả công việc
In this role, you will join Solution for Application Guidance project. You will understand how our applications operate and design the guidance which help user can have the best experience while using all applications.
What you will be handling in daily operations:
- Build interactive guidance solutions on various business applications:
Analyze the need of business experts.
Establish guidelines and create solutions.
Design the solutions.
Ensure that the solutions function correctly in the required languages.
Contact the support service if necessary.
Ensuring the same level of information for all stakeholders.
Analyze issues raised by the users through ticketing platform, contact and clarify all needs/issues and help to solve problems.
Maintain reports/dashboard updated.
- Ensure a continuous update of knowledge bases.
- Synchronize work progress with other team members.
Attention: This position is not for those who major in IT domain.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- At least 1-year working experience with customer-oriented mindset. New graduates/ freshers with customer-orientated mindset are welcome.
- Professional proficiency in French (writing and speaking) is mandatory.
- Proficiency in English is a plus.
- It is a plus if you have experiences in one of below skills:
WalkMe editor.
Microsoft 365 and related communication tools.
Ability in using HTML/CSS code and other programming languages.
