Utilities Maintenance Supervisor

- Supervises and coordinates activities of utility engaged in maintaining factory utility systems, such as electrical wiring and control systems, power system, solar energy, generator, compressed air, plumbing, chiller, air conditional, ventilating, water supply, fire protection, gas and nitrogen supply, preparing and records all the documentation and related systems, support corrective, preventive maintenance on equipment, carry out improving machinery to ensure continuous operation, increase availability for production and reduce maintenance and operation cost.
- Conducts assembly, repair, and proactive maintenance for utility and facility equipment and systems in a cost effective manner.
- Maintain reliable operations of utilities system such as HVAC, purified water, compressed air, refrigeration system, chiller, AHU, FCU, building management system (BMS).
- Perform basic repair and troubleshooting to maintain system including associated controls and equipment in good condition.
- Coordinate with Maintenance team for system shutdown maintenance by performing Lock out, Tag out in accordance to Safe Work Procedures.
- Clean, lubricate, adjust and repair for equipment of utility system (forklifts, golf cart, elevator, kitchen equipment...).
- Define maintenance plans and SOPs for utilities systems.
- Supervising, monitoring and combine with maintenance supervisor, production maintenance supervisor to develop plans that improve, costs and labor required.
- Diagnosing problems in the production line, equipment and providing solutions and training.
- Keeping abreast of advancements in engineering and production, and providing technical training, focused on quality with maintenance staffs and co-workers.
- Identifying, documenting, and reporting unsafe practices.
- Scheduling meetings with relevant departments and stakeholders and customer complain.
- Analyzing all facets of production and making recommendations for improvement.
- Under direction of the Maintenance Manager, supervises and schedules maintenance activities for equipment in production line and maintenance staff.
- Inspect and oversee equipment to resolve problems relate.
- Inspect for machineries regularly to identify problems and necessary maintenance.
- Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work as per forecasted workloads.
- Coordinate daily cleaning and maintenance activities.
- Oversee all repairs and ensure that work is completed on time.
- Maintain all inventory and equipment, and ensure proper storage.
- Conduct preventative maintenance work,.
- Conduct follow-ups on all maintenance and repair work.
- Conduct safety inspections as scheduled by maintenance manager.
- Establish strategies to meet workload demands on time.
- Comply with all health and safety regulations and practices on site.
- Receive transfer of operation and maintenance of finished projects related to utility system.
- Ensure cleanliness of all works areas and protect surrounding environment when performing duties.
