The applications range from energy optimization and selling power back to the grid all the way to more standard fleet management and track & trace applications. The digital team is building this activating them to support the utility grid - enabling the electrification in society, monetization of assets and a more sustainable world.

About the job

Polarium is looking for a UX/Service Design Lead to help plan, design and lead the design work of several new product offerings. In this role, you will serve as the conduit between our product and R&D tech teams. In this role you will help define strategy and design direction, and build a highly engaging, valued product experience, as well as driving integrated ideas and executions forward. This role requires a hands-on design expert, who can take concepts forward and working together with partners to implement these services.

The position is based in Kista, Sweden.

Responsibilities:

Work closely with our Digital Product Manager and engineering to tie our service together
Be day to day in the trenches with your product, design, research, and engineering team members
Lead design work with cross functional teams
Relaying ideas through documentation

Requirement capture

Service Design Workshops

UX Design - Protypes, Mock-ups

Qualification and experience:

2-5 years of experience in Service Design and UX

Familiarity with collaboration with internal stakeholders such as Product Management and Engineering
Experience with utilizing design tools for prototyping and creating mockups, etc.; ex: Figma and Sketch
