JOB PURPOSES:
Strategic purpose of the position: To execute standard for brand images at point of sales and support the expansion of quality distribution by developing and implementing trade activities on time in full.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and manage execution of trade activities as per Commercial calendar.
Brand & Trade Activities
Develop below-the-line activities (BA mechanics, outlet mechanics, retailer mechanics...) in cooperation with Brand team.
Implement documents (PAF, PR, act process, monitoring template, sales briefing & payment) in collaboration with other stakeholders.
Manage POSM and work with BA to support brand events & trade activation.
TONT Outlets Efficiency
Develop, deploy, track performance and action plan.
Perfect store model: follow up, tracking and action plan to improve.
Take lead Trade Activation at TONT outlets with perfect execution in-store.
Develop Push & Pull activities to support Sales team & BA Team to drive performance.
Data & Performance Analysis
Conduct tracking, analyze performance data and reports to help evaluate execution excellence in the market - Collect market data, draw insight and recommend response.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1-2 years of relevant working experience in Sales FMCG or trade marketing (relevant channel is preferred); international company experience is a plus.
Good project management, data analysis and communication
Good at negotiation and influencing.
Good MS office and English communication.
Proactiveness & ability to work in fast-paced environment - Willingness to field work.
Educational / minimum requirements - University degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related fields.
