Job Description
Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Vietnam-Korea In/Out Bound Travel Manager to oversee and grow our travel operations inbound and outbound from Vietnam and Korea. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing both Vietnam-inbound travel (Korean and other countries' travelers to Vietnam) and Korea-inbound travel (Vietnamese and other countries' travelers to Korea), building strong partnerships with service providers, and ensuring smooth travel experiences for our clients. This role requires excellent leadership, cross-cultural communication, and deep knowledge of the travel industry in both countries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee Korea/Vietnam inbound/outbound travel operations.
- Develop and maintain partnerships with airlines, hotels, travel agencies, and local service providers in both Vietnam and Korea.
- Source for land-tour operators and partners
- Compare quotations, prepare costs of Korea/Vietnam inbound travel programmes for management's review.
- Ensure excellent customer service, handling client inquiries, bookings, and problem-solving during trips.
- Coordinate visa, insurance, and regulatory requirements for travellers as and when required.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to improve service offerings.
