THE VIETNAM MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATE PROGRAM
With the purpose of building our future leaders, the Vietnam Management Associate Program is designed to create a fast-track career with intense training for young Vietnamese talents to develop their competences, join in realistic & impactful projects.
During this 2-year program, as a Management Associate, you will be assigned to rotate across different business functions to get maximum exposure to the different businesses within the Group and also to get oversea working experience by taking rotate to Thailand.
