VISUAL MERCHANDISING EXECUTIVE

Work Allocation: 75-80% Visual Merchandising & Operations | 20-25% Graphic Design & Artwork Adaptation.
• Guideline & Production Execution: Adapt artwork according to Brand Guidelines; prepare print-ready files, inspect color accuracy, printing techniques, and artwork quality prior to production.
• Planogram Management: Design, update, and manage Planograms based on guidelines and business needs.
• VM Implementation: Plan and execute Visual Merchandising for new store openings, renovations, and promotional campaigns.
• In-store VM Maintenance: Manage VM elements at retail touchpoints, including fixtures, gondolas, shelf displays, lightboxes, tester units, window displays, and POSM.
• Design & Artwork: Design Key Visuals, POSM, retail communication materials, displays, packaging, event materials, and other Trade Marketing/Marketing collateral.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with Sales, Trade Marketing, Brand teams, Retailers, Agencies, and Suppliers to ensure project execution on schedule, within quality standards, and on budget.
• End-to-End Project Management: Oversee the full operational workflow from design, quotation, production, and installation to final acceptance and payment processing.
• Budget & Supplier Management: Plan, track, and control the VM/POSM budget; optimize costs and manage supplier relationships.
• Audit & Quality Control: Conduct regular store audits, propose enhancements, and ensure full compliance with Brand Guidelines.
• Reporting & Archiving: Maintain the artwork library, project documentation, and compile periodic reports.
